Reading comprehension is one of the most content materials of students activity during the lesson. The materials are presented in form of reading text, which are taken from the authentic materials such as newspaper, magazines, articles, and others. This kind of presentation is mostly influenced by the changing paradigm of language learning that the process of learning is not monotonously focused on the grammar skill. However, with integrated skills, the process also contains some parts of grammar in language focus. With this presentation, the students might feel different in learning to read rather than previous model that only focused on the grammar.Reading comprehension becomes one of the compulsory skills for students started from the Junior High School to Senior High School and college level. However, almost all of them think that this is a difficult skill. As a result, their reading ability needs to be improved and developed and also should be overcome in order to help them as good readers.
