In this book, a brief introduction to the thermal industry waste fly ash as raw materials in brick construction industry. As on today more than 350 million tonnes fly ash is produced but only 55% of it is utilized. Fal-G Bricks is one of the utilization of fly ash. Today, many bricks manufacturers are opting to manufacturing Fal-G Bricks instead of clay bricks as it is economical, use better quality as well as it is environment friendly material. In the present study, various ingredients like fly ash, lime, gypsum, quarry dust, sand, cement, pond ash and blasting sand are taken to work out and economical mix. Total 19 different mixes of Fal-G Bricks were cast at the brick manufacturing plant of Charutar Vidya Mandal. Fal-G Mix which will give better results in terms of less water absorption, higher compressive strength along with minimum cost. Hence an experimental research study has been conducted for comparing and studying 19 mixes of Fal-G Bricks on various expect three mixes are suggested which fulfill the criteria of better quality along with economical cost.
